Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely place your Trtl products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
